How to use this guide

As an International Exchange Coordinator, you already know what it takes to successfully navigate the world of cultural exchange. Help us grow IEC Nation through recruiting new coordinators in your area and beyond!

As a reminder, IEC referrals can earn you $500! You'll receive $200 when the new coordinator joins the program and an additional $300 when they make their first match!

1. Promoting the role

Get started with recruiting new team members or new coordinators across the country! In this section you can access resources that will assist you with strategic planning, thoughtful conversations and getting the word out with printed materials.

2. Email marketing

Email is an excellent way to reach a large audience with a consistent message. Customize these resources for outreach to schools, community organizations, houses of worship and more.

3. Social media

Cast a wide net by promoting the International Exchange Coordinator role via social media. Copy these video links, then share by posting to your favorite social media groups and channels along with a personal message. They are a great resource to show potential new IECs. You might generate interest you didn’t even know was out there!
