How to use this guide
As an EF Regional Coordinator, you are the core of our program. We have curated a library of online resources specifically for you to help you succeed in your role.
This is a developing Toolkit. To start, you will find multiple resources to support IEC recruitment in your region. New resources will be added as they are developed. Use the navigation pane to the right or keep scrolling to see the full list.
1. Building your team
Get started with recruiting new team members! In this section you can access resources that will assist you with strategic planning, thoughtful conversations and getting the word out with printed materials.
Use these questions to ensure that prospective IEC candidates meet the qualifications to work with our program. Take notes for your personal records and to share with with the IEC Recruitment team.

Post this flyer in target communities where you are looking to grow your network of IECs! Schools, community and youth centers and libraries are excellent places.

Need IECs in specific communities? Customize this flyer with your contact information and post in schools and staff workrooms.
2. Email marketing
Email is an excellent way to reach a large audience with a consistent message. Customize these resources for outreach to schools, community organizations, houses of worship and more.
3. Social media
Cast a wide net by promoting the IEC role via social media. Download these images and videos, then post to your favorite social media groups and channels along with a personal message. You might generate interest you didn’t even know was out there!

Update your Facebook banner
The easiest way to get exposure and share the message about exchange is to use an EF-branded Facebook banner. If we all use a consistent banner, the impact will be stronger.
