Toolkit for IEC Recruitment

How to use this guide

As an EF Regional Coordinator, you are the core of our program. We have curated a library of online resources specifically for you to help you succeed in your role.

This is a developing Toolkit. To start, you will find multiple resources to support IEC recruitment in your region. New resources will be added as they are developed. Use the navigation pane to the right or keep scrolling to see the full list.

1. Building your team

Get started with recruiting new team members! In this section you can access resources that will assist you with strategic planning, thoughtful conversations and getting the word out with printed materials.

2. Email marketing

Email is an excellent way to reach a large audience with a consistent message. Customize these resources for outreach to schools, community organizations, houses of worship and more.

3. Social media

Cast a wide net by promoting the IEC role via social media. Download these images and videos, then post to your favorite social media groups and channels along with a personal message. You might generate interest you didn’t even know was out there!
