In case the student changed schools along the year

In case the student changed schools along the year, this should be taken in consideration for having the proper documents for convalidation:

  • At the end of the year, the student needs to have full valid credits for convalidation, either by combination of academic transcripts from different schools or by having a single transcript from one school giving credit for the full year
  • In case it’s needed a combination of academic transcripts from different schools, each of the transcripts and letters of explanation from each school need to be notarized and with the Apostille of the Hague at the corresponding state where each school is located, following the process indicated above
  • Always send a picture of the academic transcripts and letters of explanation to CESnumen so they can check it’s all correct before proceeding with the notary and Apostille of the Hague
  • Please check with CESnumen as well in case any of the schools is not giving credits for a full period (semester, trimester or block) or if the schools have a different system
